M. Rajesh  is directing the 13th film by Sivakarthikeyan.  ‘SK13’ as the film is currently known as has Nayanthara as the love interest of Sivakarthikeyan while Radhika and Sathish play pivotal roles.

Music is by Hip Hop Tamizha and production is by Studio Green K. E. Gnanavelraja. The film sources reported that the title was Mr.Local. The product appears to be able to announce the typing with the Burstock Possor in a few days. Director M. Rajesh  has earlier stated that Sivakarthikeyan plays a local character in the film.
