Sivakarthikeyan has treated his fans and followers to the trailer of his upcoming film Mr Local. Directed by M Rajesh of Oru Kal Oru Kannadi fame, Mr Local has Nayanthara in the female lead role.

Other than Siva and Nayan, the film has Yogi Babu, RJ Balaji and Raadhika Sarathkumar in the lead roles.

Sivakarthikeyan is a ‘local’ guy named Manohar, who is in love with Keerthana Vasudevan (Nayanthara). The catch is Keerthana seems to hate guys like Manohar. But Manohar is relentless in his pursuit like most Tamil heroes.

M Rajesh, who shot to fame with Siva Manasula Shakthi and Oru Kal Oru Kannadi, is going through a rough patch. His last film Kadavul Irukaan Kumaaru, which came out in 2016, was a box office disaster. After three years, Rajesh has come up with Mr Local.
