Actor Dhanush  who is awaiting the release of his upcoming Tamil film Anegan and second Bollywood flick ‘Shamitabh’, has spilled the beans that he might team up with his brother and acclaimed director Selvaraghavan, for a sequel to their 2006 hit film Pudhupettai.

The star actor who stunned the audience with his performance in the film has assured to work with Selva soon after the director completes his current film. Though Dhanush expressed his desire to do Pudhupettai 2, he was quick to add that the sequel is only at the discussion level. Both Dhanush and Selvaraghavan seem to be apprehensive about recreating the same magic of Pudhupettai.

Meanwhile revealing his desire to direct films, Dhanush said, “I don’t think am ready yet. I have to learn a lot more before I take up to direction. It would take 3-4 years for me to learn and have the confidence to direct a film.
