Actor Suriya will next be seen in Selvaraghavan’s ‘NGK – Nandha Gopala Kumaran’ and the trailer of the much awaited film was released yesterday along with the audio of the film. The two-minute long trailer of Selvaraghavan directorial shows us the rise of Suriya as NGK, a politician who loves his country.
‘NGK’ features Suriya in the role of a politician, with Rakul Preet Singh and Sai Pallavi in the female lead roles. The film is scheduled for release on May 31, 2019.
The trailer reveals that Suriya hates corruption and he vows to clean up the system. One of the punchlines from the film has been revealed in the trailer in which Suriya says, “Farmers who have shed blood and sweat on this land and workers who strive for our country have the right to question the system.” The movie promises to be an intense political thriller with a lot of action.
Directed by Selvaraghavan the film is made on a lavish budget. Going by the trailer the film is touted to be a political drama and Suriya may play a leader. Produced by Dream Warrior Pictures, ‘NGK’ has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja, who is working with Suriya after some time now. The film stars Rakul Preet Singh and Sai Pallavi as the female leads along with Jagapathi Babu, Ilavarasu and Ramkumar Ganesan will be seen in supporting roles.
